Funeral of late Councillor John Cowan

Everyone was shocked by the sad and untimely death of widely respected Canons Councillor John Cowan. Bob commented, "John was well regarded by all local politicians and sections of the Harrow community. He will be sadly missed by everyone and he was a stalwart for the Canons Ward he represented. I valued his friendship and constructive comments." John sadly died on 8th April following a routine operation.
